Calgen Heating Jackets
These are purely custom built to suit specific requirements. These heating jackets find applications in maintaining temperature in reactor vessels for easy flow of fluid while handling road tankers, Ice prevention & icing in radar reflectors, aircraft propellers and Nose Cones.
These are easy to install at low cost. These can withstand exposure to high temperature and are compatible to common voltage. And, at the same time they are economical. Heating jackets consist of an inner layer of glass cloth in which heating elements are stitched.
This is provided with 2” thick glass wool insulation and a final outer covering of PVC coated glass cloth. High flexibility of the jacket enables very good contact with the surface to be heated providing good heat transfer and high efficiency. Eyelets and laces arrangement on it enables quick and easy installation and dismantling.
